Emily Irene VanCamp has been an Canadian actor for a long time. The actress is famous for the roles she played on television and films. The popularity of her is shared by both Canadian and American TV. Emily began to become interested after she watched her sibling Katie working on a film. She began taking classes in acting and auditioning when she realized that she loved acting. Her first audition was for commercials and was soon cast as a child actor on the Canadian TV horror series Are You Fearful of the Darkness? The only scene that she was in was one that was silent. When she was 15 years old, she made her breakthrough when she became an actor on the WB program Glory Days. Emily's appearance on the show by WB Glory Days that was cancelled nine episodes later, caught the attention and interest of Greg Berlanti from Dawson's Creek. Emily was also a photographer and ballerina was named by Teen magazine as one the best actresses younger than 20. She was ranked at number 51 in Maxim's Hot 100 list of 2014.
