Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is most well-known for her role as Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward which is a drama for teens comedy TV show. Tarlov was the second of two daughters born and raised by her parents in Manhattan. At the age of 10, Tarlov began her acting career with the show Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. Seventh year olds who watched the show were extremely impressed. When she grew older, she attended summer camps in the Interlochen Center for the Arts and in Paris learning with NYU's Tisch. Bennington College is where she received her bachelor of Arts (theatre) and studied a range of different types of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company also taught her, in acting and helped her to integrate writing in to her performance during the LAByrinth Theater Masters Course. Molly swapped her black jacket for a black pair of sunglasses before heading to Los Angeles. In a short time she landed a minor appearance on iCarly which garnered a lot of interest from her family. In the time since she's had a number of TV appearances. The most recent of them is the creation of her character for Winnie Woodman as well as Savannah Dooley ABC Family's series Huge. Molly loves to pretend she's a pro at basketball, even though she's far from it. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
